1. What are my payment options?

I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. If paying with a personal check, your item will be held until your check clears.

2. How do I choose the colors for my punchies?

That's a breeze! Please refer to the color chart to make your choices. Simply add your items to the shopping cart and as you checkout, you will see a special instructions box where you can let me know your color preferences.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typical turn around time is 2-3 days after your payment has cleared. Orders are processed first come, first served. You will be advised of the status of your order via email. If you are working within a special deadline, please let me know. I will do my best to accomodate your special requests for delivery.
