PaperPunchies.com currently ships to the U.S. and Canada only. Packages are sent via USPS. Your package will not be guaranteed unless insurance is purchased. We cannot be responsible for postal losses if you do not request insurance. To purchase insurance, add it to your shopping cart by selecting it from the Shipping Services product category.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. I will refund or exchange any product returned within ten days of shipping. All returned products must be in their original packages and must not have been used. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
